Helpdesk 2.0 Update
Over the past while we have been working on upgrading our Helpdesk user interface to make it more user friendly and intuitive. With this in mind, we are excited to announce the launch of Helpdesk 2.0. This will bring a new UI, which is far less cluttered and focuses on the most important aspects of our Helpdesk system - Service Requests, Ad-Hoc tickets and Knowledge Base Help Articles.
Previously, the old design was exactly that - an old and outdated UI which had far too much clutter. This new design removes most of the unnecessary elements, while also adding three easily legible "cards" that will link you to the Service Request, Report an Issue(Ad-Hoc ticket) & Knowledge Base areas. Additionally, there is a sidebar for more navigation options if needed.
